It was extremely important to find an agent who would listen to our needs and work with us vs just steering us to properties currently available regardless of whether it fit Celeste Purdie realized we actually desired a fixer upper where we could put our own stamp as well as live mortgage free, although I think she was surprised by the project house that we chose. She was excellent at pointing out areas needing repair that we may not have seen and ,as we were residing 6 hours away negotiating the sale of our house and the purchase in SC, Celeste was invaluable at coordinating inspections needed. She was a motivator when I was disheartened by how the sale of our house in TN was going.She was friendly throughout the process but the kind of friend who isn't afraid to get real with you. Celeste never failed to truly listen, gave honest opinions and pointed out positives and negatives in each home seen. She scheduled as many homes we could in the few days that we had to shop the market. She was extremely patient with differing desires of my husband and myself and she responded quickly despite timezone differences.

Celeste was my Agent. She is wonderful and so caring. I found that I felt more like a friend than a client. She was great about helping me understand the steps and my role. The Dream Team is terrific. Justin was outstanding. He is so nice, easy to work with, and goes out of his way to help you feel comfortable with the moving process. He carefully answered all of our questions. He went to the house we were interested in as often as necessary to help us by taking pictures, measuring doorways and even helped us map out our plans for renovations. He was available when we needed him, anytime of day. He was willing to 'check-in' during those renovations because we were coming in from out of state. He is full of energy, puts you right at ease and is not pushy at all. He seriously wants to work with you to help you make the best decision.
