It is hard to put into words how Thankful we are of the effort he put forth to make sure the house was SOLD!!! Justin was referred from a trusted family member who had all the confidence in world for Justin and spoke so highly of his work ethic. We were impressed that the sales price and appraisal were within 1% of Justin’s original expectations. That goes to show you, he is an expert in his field and tells you the truth (not always what you want to hear). The buyer of our house had an FHA Mortgage and given the age of our home it required a handful of things to be taken care of prior to closing date. Justin seemed to know every contractor in the area, all who gave very competitive prices, and their work was exceptional quality. Justin hired each one, managed their repairs, and made sure they did great work. Justin even showed up ready to get his hands dirty. He help finish painting, he helped my husband hang gutters, he even brought his chain saw and trimmed trees to help out…all this needed to get done prior to the FHA Appriaser’s re-inspection to make sure the closing date wasn’t pushed back. Throughout the entire contract to closing period Justin’s knowledge was reassuring and brought us comfort. When the going got tough, the tough (Justin), got to work! It's very seldom you run across someone that is this genuine and honest. Justin took the time not only to show me and my wife homes but also to sit and discuss budget and how to truly set a budget for a new home purchase. He is very detailed and goal oriented, with keeping in mind that our goal was his goal. Celeste was awesome. Very very helpful! knew many areas for homes we were looking in and was very helpful. We really liked that she was a veteran and knew the rules for veterans that we needed and helped us through the entire process. Since Celeste was a veteran she was able to relate and let us know what to expect from the VA loan and things they’d expect for housing. She was awesome and very easy to reach for questions or concerns at all hours. Celeste was very helpful and knowledgeable and walked us through anything we didn’t understand and made it clear for us!
